Other services

As well as conducting research, PEC has responsibility for supporting practitioner-led research and the scholarship of learning and teaching within the University. Some of the services we will offer in this area include:

• developing and maintaining a scholarship of learning and teaching website
• establishing and supporting action learning groups of practitioners conducting research into their own teaching
• organising an internal conference on practitioner-led research
• supporting the Research into Tertiary Education (RiTE) network by organising meetings of network members, maintaining the RiTE e-mail list and developing and maintaining the RiTE website
