Student Career Development (SCD)

Student Career Development provides students and recent graduates with access to careers and employment information and job-seeking skills, provides curriculum- integrated career development programs and assists the employer community to recruit students and graduates.

Current students and recent graduates (for up to two years following graduation) have access to a broad range of services, including careers counselling (to assist with career and course choice), career preparation workshops, careers resource centres and electronic careers services.

The university's careers website at Student Career Development  is the hub for you to keep up-to-date with careers ideas, information and activities here at VU. Students and recent graduates can also register on-line to receive email alerts about relevant jobs or search the jobs board to find out who's hiring. For VU staff and employers, a wealth of useful information is at your fingertips as well as on-line job vacancy advertising.
