Audio Visual Equipment Loans

The Educational Technology Support Unit (ETSU) provides and maintains a range of audio visual equipment items for loan to staff and students of the University. This equipment is managed on a day to day basis by the University Library. All campuses have equipment for loan. The range of equipment varies from campus to campus. All students and staff may borrow provided equipment held and loaned by the Library.

The equipment is provided in order to support the teaching, learning and administrative activities of the University (including University conferences, seminars, meetings and other one-off events). The equipment may be hired to external users however only during periods when it is not in high demand. Standard loan periods exist. Longer loan periods may be considered on a case by case basis and this will depend on overall demand for the required item at that time.
