Maintenance and support of technology in all teaching spaces on all campuses

The Educational Technology Support Unit is responsible for the ongoing support and maintenance of audio visual facilities in all centrally allocated teaching spaces on all campuses. In some cases we also provide limited support to Faculty/Department owned facilities. To report faulty facilities call the Help Desk on ext 2777 or Log your request directly.

On-call support and telephone support are available between the hours of 8:30am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
