The Educational Technology Support Unit (ETSU) provides a range of services to support the teaching and learning activities of the University.

Services provided include:

• Maintenance and support of technology in all teaching spaces on all campuses
• Design and development of new facilities
• Classroom support
• Equipment advice and purchasing coordination
• Audio visual equipment loans
• Off-air recording, tape duplication and format conversion
• AV equipment and system user training
• ETSU Staff
