The Priority Projects Program responds to programs emanating from the Carrick Institute’s designated
responsibilities and priorities, determine by the Carrick Institute Board.
Funding is in the range
$80,000 to $220,000
Project duration
up to 2 years.
There are four funding priorities for 2008:

Expected Outcomes
Priority One
Academic Standards, assessment practices and
reporting
To improve higher education assessment practices and
student learning outcomes.
Priority Two
Curriculum Renewal
To develop and model contemporary curricula that
meet student and employer needs and provide the basis for ongoing
personal and professional development for students.
Priority Three
Teaching and learning spaces
To develop and share creative solutions and models
for new and modified physical learning spaces to enhance learning
and teaching in higher education.
Priority Four
Peer review
To develop and model systems of peer review of
learning and teaching in a number of Australian higher education
institutions.
