Getting help with Turnitin

Mary Griffiths is the administrator of the VU Turnitin account. As well as advising you of the Turnitin account number and password for your faculty/school, Mary will talk you through the registration process and answer your questions about the Turnitin service. She cannot, however, help you with forgotten personal usernames and passwords - you need to e-mail Turnitin directly in these circumstances. Mary Griffiths can be contacted by phone on ext 5455.

Please remember that Turnitin is only suitable for checking assignments that are submitted in electronic form. The Turnitin service is therefore used most effectively where assignments are both submitted and marked electronically.
