Teaching staff at Victoria University are increasingly being asked to substantiate claims they make about their teaching; whether for promotion, tenure, contract renewal or general professional development purposes. 

Teaching Portfolios are a way of documenting teaching practice that are flexible enough in form  to be adapted by teachers for a range of purposes.
