eLearning Solutions support learning technology tools used by staff and students across Victoria University.

As the business owners of these tools, the ITS eLearning Solutions Team works with the Web Futures Group (WFG) and the Business Review and Improvement Group (BRIG) to maintain and support these systems.

eLearning Solutions' main goals include:

• providing learning tools support and staff training
• maintaining and reviewing the suite of VU learning tools
• making recommendations on future learning technologies
• developing the eLearning Support Assistants (Student-as-Staff) initiative to provide University-wide support
