Student experience strategy
The term 'student experience' is wide ranging and influenced by a complex variety of factors including:
- Quality of learning and teaching
- Access to support services
- Social opportunities and spaces
- Opportunities for personal and career related development
- Connections between students, as well as students and staff
- Learning spaces and places
- Ease of key student transactions
In 2009, VU Council endorsed the Student Experience Strategy (SES) for implementation from 2009 - 2011. The Action Framework within the SES comprises 53 actions, aligned with six Guiding Principles of Making VU's Commitment 3 Project.
